The Best Book Subscriptions and Deals

Hey guys! Let’s talk about book subscriptions. While we are all supposed to be in self-isolation mode it can be very difficult finding activities to help pass the time. For this reason, I went on a search for some of the best book subscriptions.

For anyone who is an avid reader, like me, knows that always having a good book on hand is very important. Not only are books important but other book-related items make the whole experience more enjoyable.

Book of the Month

This is my first-month using BOTM and already I have had a great experience. The process is very easy, the price is extremely reasonable, and the book selection is amazing. I chose Beach Read by Emily Henry as my first book and as many know it isn’t even out to the public yet. I received my box just a few days after placing my order, so those who will need a new book soon won’t have to stress on shipping time. Plus, BOTM always offers free shipping which makes the whole experience that much better.

Next, the Big Book Lover Box is a subscription created by Willow Winters. If you haven’t read any of Willow Winters’ books you are seriously missing out. The Big Book Lover Box is filled with books and accessories. Anything from candles, to tumblers, and bags will find it’s way to you. The subscription boxes change but if there are leftovers, people can usually purchase them for a discounted price. Be aware that this subscription is pricey, to begin with.

Another subscription that I have found is the Romance Reveal Book Box which is perfect for any romance lover. This book box is filled with the top romance novels and amazing accessories and treats that have you keep coming back for more.

Book Deals

If you aren’t ready to commit to a subscription just yet then I suggest checking out a few sites that have AMAZING book deals.

Netgalley

Netgalley is perfect for those who love to review and share their opinions on what their reading. Here, you’ll be able to receive free ARC versions of the book that are already out or books that haven’t been released yet for FREE. That’s right, you’ll be able to download ebook versions for free of you agree to share your honest opinion.

Another site I really love and have been using a lot lately is BookBub. Bookbub is the go-to site for all book deals. This site shows books that are available for free, books that have been discounted, and will also provide the time period of these deals. You can go right to the sites from Bookbub and be able to download books in a second.

Let’s talk Goodreads. I have been using Goodreads for years and I absolutely love it. This site is the perfect way to connect with readers and authors. You’re able to see other people’s reading lists to find new book options. Also, you’ll receive notifications for deals, giveaways, new book releases, and ARC teams that you can sign up for. You also have the option to set up a reading challenge and tract how many books you have read in a year.

One site that I have been using a lot lately and have received many free books is Hidden Gems Books. Most of the ARCs I have received are from this site. All you have to do is sign up, you’ll receive emails of ARCs available, then wait and see if you’re selected. You’ll finish reading and then review the books on Amazon and submit a form provided by HGB. This entire site is free and you’ll continue to receive free books if you give your honest review in a timely manner.

Last but not least, Kindle Unlimited. Kindle Unlimited is perfect for those who usually spend more than $9.99 a month on books. Millions of books are available on KU and can be accessed at any time.

How it Works

You can access KU on any device and borrow up to ten books at a time with no due date. Once you are done you’ll return the book you finished reading and then pick another one to lose yourself in.

All of these are great options and will surely help pass this time of uncertainty and stress.
